AFC's Arlington Heights Spring Window Painting
Come help us create a beautiful piece of community art and get the Arlington Heights business district ready for Spring! AFC will be participating in the annual Spring window painting on Massachusetts Ave. in the Heights. But we need your help! We will be mimicking the image for this event and we need lots of little (and big) hands to help. stop by anytime during the event to get your hand painted and added to our mural (don't worry we'll have wipes and a bucket of water to wash hands in too). There will also be bubbles, music and temporary tattoos to take as a thank you for helping out!

The paintings will remain on display throughout the spring and will be on view at the “Height’s Spring Fling Festival” on Saturday, June 10, 2-5pm, which will feature live music, an Artists Pop-Up Store, a variety of family fun activities and 20+ community information tables on how to ensure environmental sustainability.
These public events are organized by the Arlington Heights Community Association (AHCA) in partnership with the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Commission for Arts and Culture.
The AHCA is a group of Heights business owners, residents and non-profits who meet monthly to address local concerns, support beautification projects, and organize public events such as the storefront window paintings and festivals to promote vibrant community engagement and support local businesses.
We welcome new volunteers. If you would like to attend one of our monthly Thursday morning meetings, volunteer at future Heights events, or donate money to support our beautification projects and the festival, please contact Janet O’Riordan, arlheightsassoc@gmail.com
